If cooling fan bearings seize, newly applied thermal compound suffers pump-out, or thermal throttling returns under normal operating loads within 90 days of completed service, we will inspect, de-dust, and repaste the machine at no additional labor cost.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Pc Cleaneeus, its technicians, or representatives be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, lost customer files, or data loss arising from pre-existing component fatigue. In all instances, our total financial liability under contract, tort, or warranty shall not exceed the actual dollar amount paid by you for the specific physical cleaning service rendered.

We reserve the right to decline service, reject equipment intake, or block server access at our professional discretion if:

• Equipment presented for cleaning contains bio-hazards, liquid corrosion, severe physical frame crushing, or insect infestation.
• A client behaves in a hostile, abusive, or discriminatory manner toward our mobile dispatch technicians.

These terms of service and all contracts for computer maintenance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
